How The Systm Works?

Automatic glaze preparation system consists of 200L tank, pump and agitator, it is connected to a storage bucket with high density glaze and a water pipe.

Set the required target glaze density value on the operation screen, the system will automatically detect and read the glaze density value in the existing glaze tank. Then calibrate it by adding and dosing basic glaze or water through two solenoid valves to achieve the target density value.

By connecting the network, all operations can be controlled remotedly, including data collection on glaze production and consumption.
