Continuous Iron Remover

This slurry iron remover is multipurpose design, mainly adjusted by the bottom of the flow control valve. Two groups of media are exchanged to remove the iron, at the same time, one of the media is also moved to the rinsing area to discharge the iron in a straight line motion. That means one group of media is removing iron, the other group of media is discharging iron, two groups of media move left and right in cycles, we don’t need to stop the machine while reclaiming slurry during iron discharge, thus truly achieve that each magnetic field 24-hour removes the iron continuously and efficiently. 

 What’s more, the machine adopts high pressure fan-shaped nozzle to move up and down repeatedly to directly wash away the magnetic medium to achieve the effect of iron removal. Only 5L water is needed for each rinsing, which can save water and discharge the iron thoroughly, without manual assistance at any time.
